If I would need to desribe my experience here, it would be like finally getting help from a team of angels.. From doctors/specialists/radiologists from emergency department Dr Low & Dr Arman, imaging department Dr Beh and ENT clinic Dr Long & Dr Fong, U can imagine the feeling of being taken seriously after multiple occasions of being brushed off as having simple symptoms. I could not imagine what would happen if myself also didnt take my condition seriously. If you have the time to read thru my this long review haha, you would understand why. Before my very first visit to Pantai Cheras, i already consulted multiple doctors from Klinik kesihatan and from my company e-consult doctors, but all of them brushed me off with what seemed to be normal cough - pneumonia - suspected tuberculosis symptoms for 1 month which I can understand, but what they never took seriously is my hoarseness of voice which also lasted the same duration. This is a red light. Their attitude almost made me feel I was the only one being too worried. Fortunately, right from the first visit here, none of the doctors brushed me off and they actually took seriously and helped me to understand what is going on. That is how eventually I was able to find out there is a problem with my vocal nerve due to possibly unknown lesion/mass near my heart and need further investigation. Who would have thought about that at my young age? Hence, even though I face with many uncertainties from now on, from deep of my heart, I'm not able to express how thankful I am for the team at Pantai Cheras with words, I would not have come so far without their proper investigations and took seriously of my condition. I'm satified regardless of any outcome as now I know what is going on with my body. Thank you very much! ❤

I was referred to PMC under Dr. Daniel Lee due to URTI and he is one of the best doctors I have encountered. Such amazing patient care. Additionally, I was also referred to Dr. Fong under ENT during my admission. Both these doctors are remarkable. I am utterly grateful to them for literally giving me a breath of fresh air. ❤️

First of all, I would like to thank the receptionist Ms Faridah. She is a very nice person who would help you at any time. She welcomes you with a friendly smile. The ENT doctor Long Chin Wan and the orthopedics doctor Chew Chin Seong are really excellent. I still have tinnitus despite using the medicine given to me. I t seems I will get back for a ct scan. Tq

Very good services at admission, maternity ward. Nurses are helpful, friendly, very polite. Food is nice. The ward room is clean, comfy. Spent 1 day in daycare amd transferred to single room at night. Had surgery by Dr Long ENT surgeon . Went smooth and no pain post surgery.

I consulted Dr. Long’s clinic for my ear issue. He is very professional, and the nurse, Cynthia, was also very helpful. I’m very satisfied with their service.
