Just gave birth with Dr. Ayu.. Dr. Sporting is the best!! Service staff is also very good!! The food here is the best, I feel like going to peek in her kitchen!! Will repeat? Definitely YES!!! But it's been 2-3 years 😅 My son is with Dr. Steven.. Dr. is very performant.. He realized early that my son was not active and was vomiting milk.. turns out pneumonia and had to be referred htaa.. he followed my baby until the matter was resolved htaa.. such a good dr!!

Today I met with Dr Steven to diagnose my child's development.. my child has a problem with deslexia, Dr Steven is very kind, good, very soft spoken.. very good explanations and calms my heart as a mother.. thank you also to the Aurelius Hospital team, from the lobby En Wan as a concierge is very good at serving customers.. other staff are also very good 👍🏻

I’m really satisfied with the service at Aurelius Hospital. I’ve been coming here since the early days when the hospital first opened in Kuantan, but after being admitted 6 or 7 times, myself and all four of my kids, I feel like I really need to share my experience. I’m happy with everything and I’d give their service 5 stars, truthfully! From the guards, nurses, general staff, finance, admin, and the doctors everyone is so warm. All the nurses on Level 4, Level 3, Dr Steven 👍, Dr Saw, Dr Syed, Dr Nithin, they’re all just.. amazing. This hospital basically feels like our family’s go-to panel hospital whenever anyone isn’t feeling well. The rooms are comfortable and very clean too and i’m very particular on this 🤣 The food is really good too (especially for those who are waiting). Thank you. Choosing the Luxternity package at Aurelius Hospital Pahang turned out to be a very good choice. The signature suite room is very spacious, comfortable, luxurious. Added to that is the smart toilet technology and mini smart TV in the toilet, giving an experience like going on vacation at a 5-star hotel even though I was in the mood to treat contractions and confinement (after giving birth). My husband and eldest child accompanied me in the suite room, which also provided 2 sofa beds. If you don't want to sleep on the sofa bed, you can bring a stroller because the room is spacious. The child didn't want to go back because it was like staying in a hotel, he said. The birthing experience at Aurelius Hospital Pahang was also very pleasant. Thank you very much to Doc Azlina and the team who were very dedicated, skilled and supportive even in the labor room. Thank you also to Doc Steven and the team who were very professional in caring for and taking care of my baby. The Luxternity package also provided a vehicle (one trip), and I chose to use the facility to go home from the hospital. The driver and CS Mr. Wan were very kind and friendly. In this package, a postnatal massage slot was also provided for mother. A very comfortable and soothing massage, until I fell asleep. CL was very good, friendly.
