Brought my child to see Dr. Saw. The customer service from Fahmi and Wan was excellent. They showed me the way and escorted me and my child to the clinic. I was assisted by Dr. Saw's nurse assistant, I think her name is Atirah. Dr. Saw's explanation about my child's health was very clear. Such a good doctor. And I liked the housekeeping staff who attended to my child. She played with my child, was very friendly and fond of children. She introduced herself as Aunty Min. The nurse assistant named Yaya was also good. She took my child's blood pressure and SpO2 gently, and persisted until she got a reading for my child's SpO2. I’m really satisfied with the service at Aurelius Hospital. I’ve been coming here since the early days when the hospital first opened in Kuantan, but after being admitted 6 or 7 times, myself and all four of my kids, I feel like I really need to share my experience. I’m happy with everything and I’d give their service 5 stars, truthfully! From the guards, nurses, general staff, finance, admin, and the doctors everyone is so warm. All the nurses on Level 4, Level 3, Dr Steven 👍, Dr Saw, Dr Syed, Dr Nithin, they’re all just.. amazing. This hospital basically feels like our family’s go-to panel hospital whenever anyone isn’t feeling well. The rooms are comfortable and very clean too and i’m very particular on this 🤣 The food is really good too (especially for those who are waiting). Thank you. Good services in this hospital. From first arrived until discharge. Friendly started in administration. The best part food along admitted was nice and my daughter eat it finish. For the first time admitted very satisfied.You all should try this hospital.
