My wife and I brought my granddaughter to Dr Ch'ng for advice on our granddaughter's slow growth velocity. We felt Dr Ch'ng's warmth and caring as she was very thorough and meticulous in reviewing our granddaughter's growth history. Came to see Dr Ch’ng for our daughter’s hyperthyroidism. Our daughter initially had more than 4x the normal level of thyroid hormones. Dr Ch’ng explained the disease, treatment plan and possible side effects of the medication she was prescribed. She carefully titrated the medication and did all the essential tests in order to ensure we were progressing. With the treatment plan, her thyroid hormone levels came down to normal level within few months. We appreciate that Dr Ch’ng accommodated us for virtual consultations as we are not from KL. Dr Ch’ng is super friendly and has good rapport with kids. Our daughter loves going in to see Dr Ch’ng. 😊

She spent time out of consultation hour reviewing and studying on the technology that we're using for our daughter. That shows her dedication in ensuring the life of our daughter in managed well.
