Dr. Ch'ng is a pediatric endocrinologist I was referred to by another pediatrician. We were also very fortunate and grateful that Dr. Ch'ng was able to see my daughter during an emergency without an appointment. My daughter has always been very resistant to blood draws and seeing doctors. However, with Dr. Ch'ng's angelic, gentle encouragement, my daughter finally regained her confidence and sense of security, allowing her to successfully complete the entire process. She is very professional and patient in dealing with children (especially those who are resistant to seeing doctors). I truly feel that Dr. Ch'ng has great empathy and medical ethics towards children, which is why my daughter is no longer resistant. Previously, we were very worried about my daughter being refused medical care by a doctor again due to her lack of cooperation. Fortunately, we found rainbow-like hope with Dr. Ch'ng 🌈.
