Dr. Ahmad Ridzuan is a very good pediatrician. Thorough every time he checks the child. Clear and easy to understand explanations. Thank you for the good service ❤️

My child was admitted to the Mutiara ward under Dr. Ridzuan (PAED)..so far the doctor and staff are all good, the explanations are clear..every procedure that will be done will be explained why..alhamdulillah, my child was only warded for 3 days, and the 3 days were satisfactory...thank you Kuantan.🥰 …

Alhamdulillah.. my boy can be discharged today after receiving treatment under Dr. Ridzuan, a pediatrician at KMI Kuantan Medical Centre, for three days due to influenza. Alhamdulillah, we received excellent service from the very beginning, starting from the Emergency Department until my boy was admitted to the Mutiara Ward. When we arrived at the ED, my boy had a high-grade fever. The admission process was quite fast, even while waiting for GL approval. In ward, the nurses and helpers were kind, attentive, and very helpful. The treatment was provided efficiently, and they clearly explained all the medications given. Dr. Rizuan was very kind and professional. The treatment was effective, and the explanation regarding the disease and the virus was clear and easy to understand. He also asked whether we preferred to go home or stay, as the antiviral treatment needed to continue for one week. Overall, I am very satisfied with the excellent care and service I received here.

Thank you to Dr Ahmad Ridzuan Bin Rozi for taking such good care of my son throughout his warding at KMC. All my questions were answered politely & clearly. Will come here again if my son needs further treatment.
