Just had a delivery at Pantai Ampang Hospital via c-section. The service provided from admission to discharge was very satisfactory… all processes were very easy. I delivered with Doctor Suhaimi. In my opinion, Dr. Suhaimi is excellent in every aspect. From the very detailed check-ups, during the OT room, and post-delivery treatment. I felt more confident receiving detailed explanations from Dr. Suhaimi before the pre-operation, and he always offered calming words before the operation. Dr. Suhaimi's work is also neat. The nurses were also very attentive and assistance was always provided when needed. A staff member named Effa from the delivery suites was very helpful to me in the breastfeeding process. I experienced milk engorgement, and she helped me with hand expression, massage, and pumping. I am very grateful for the assistance provided by Effa. I highly recommend delivering with Dr. Suhaimi, and the service and treatment at Ampang Hospital were very satisfying.

My experience while staying in the hospital to give birth was truly wonderful. Staff Atikah, Shamsuriana, Sr Shashi , Najiha , Siewmun and Farashahira all took such good care of me. They were attentive, kind and always ready to help. Dr. Suhaimi was also the best, making me feel safe and confident throughout the process. Overall, I’m so grateful for their support and care.
