Safely gave birth here under dr rekha.. The services provided by the hospital especially, dr tan shir ley (pediatrician), dr rekha and the nurses were the best so far. Thank you so much for being very helpful. They really took a good care of me and my baby. Five star rating to ms halimatus sa’adiah (one of the nurses) and ms shuba (admission) for the service and hospitality. Me and my husband never regret our decision by choosing this hospital.

Brought my boy to UCSI Hospital yesterday to see paediatrician, Dr Long. A very friendly and caring doctor. He is very gentle and knowledgable. The hospital is huge and impressive. Every staffs are helpful and always smile. Being new, the staff took a bit longer to settle my bill , however a sweet lady from Reception actually walked to me and explain about the delay. Thanks to everyone.

Throughout my child Ayla treatment under the supervision of Dr. Tan Shir Ley, I was very kind and friendly...My child always gets prompt treatment and there are also good and helpful nurses..

Excellent customer service for my claim inquiry from the Medical Record employee (Ms Ananthi Mrd) to request Dr Tan Shir Ley to fill in the insurance form. Only took <3 days to complete everything since 1st communication via whatsapp. Dedicated employee and proactive, Ms Ananthi actually got back to me before I asked for the status of the form completion.
