Dr. Shirley is great. The hospital is clean. Comfortable. The staff are kind, friendly, and good ❤️ Next time if my child is unwell, I will definitely come here ❤️❤️❤️ Parking is easy. The food is delicious. The building is nice. Maybe they can add a playground next time 😂...

Brought my boy to UCSI Hospital yesterday to see paediatrician, Dr Long. A very friendly and caring doctor. He is very gentle and knowledgable. The hospital is huge and impressive. Every staffs are helpful and always smile. Being new, the staff took a bit longer to settle my bill , however a sweet lady from Reception actually walked to me and explain about the delay. Thanks to everyone.

My son was admitted here for 5 days. Thanks to Pn. Azura for the efficient arrangement. The A&E staff for the professional conduct and the chinese Dr who was very good... managed to set the line easily for my son. Then awesome service and care from the nurses of Ward 2A, they were all very friendly and gentle towards my son. Then special thanks also to Professor Dr. Amaluddin for his calm and gentle management. Very sincere in explaining everything. Even the food here is very good. The room is clean and spacious with good view. The only improvement needed is the car park payment machine... as you need the exact change to pay. If ypu don't have the exact change you have to search for it or else you are stuck there.
