I done FESS under Dr Shailendra and he is very professional. Same goes to anaesth Dr Tan YK very excel in managing my pain. Big clap for the OT nurses and ward 4 D nurses. They work with passion and delivered the best services.

I was seeing another ENT previously until a family member referred me to Dr Shailendra. Dr Shailendra is a very caring doctor. He doesn't rush through his assessment. He is also very patient in answering questions. If I don't understand, he will explain things patiently to me again. My elderly dad also had another ENT previously but sees Dr Shailendra now. He finds Dr Shailendra attentive and friendly. I understand that doctors are very busy with many patients. Due to this, some doctors lack empathy. It is never the case with Dr Shailendra. Despite his busy schedule, he provides attentive care for each of his patient. Yes, the waiting time can be a bit long but it is worth it because of the care you will receive from him. Highly recommend Dr Shailendra if you're looking for an ENT.
