I took my mom for knee surgery by dr. Lee. And this is my review. Issue : (-) Location far from restaurant, kafe, and laundry service. (-) No park, lack of trees and plants (-) Dirty window (-) Using plastic spoon and fork (-) No towel hanger (-) Old patient monitor machine should be replaced Plus values : (+) Doctor (OK) (+) Nurse (Over all OK. Just some of them has bad attitude) (+) Cleaning service (OK) (+) Room (OK) (+) Facility for patient's companion (Not bad) (+) Food for patient : Not bad (+) Physiotherapist (OK)

Did ACL, Meniscus repair and Chondroplasty. It's cheap (compared to Semenanjung prices) and also, the Dr was very fast and efficient. Able to make appointment for consultation, MRI and surgery almost immediately. Even the room rates are cheap. Just beware Dr. Lee is very famous, may need a while to see the Dr. so come early to put your report at reception and wait very patiently. Also did 2 months of physiotherapy here, superb staff over at the physio dept. They were super friendly, very professional and able to cater to patients need. Very attentive and they give good tips for patient's wellbeing in long run. Super recommend. If you guys want to beat the people traffic and also get parking, suggest to go for physio around 11am onwards. Parking is the only thing that sucks at this place. Tolak 1 star. It would be better if you go by Grab or drop off.

Very happy, Dr. Lee was very kind, and Ms. Suhana was very friendly and helpful. All the nurses were very helpful and kind in their service. The Housekeeping service staff were very friendly and diligent. The physiotherapist was truly helpful and worked with genuine care. Murni was very friendly and encouraged me to sing during my walking exercises, which made me happy and I was able to walk faster. Jeremy and Shah were both kind and had unforgettable smiles. Everyone worked with heart. I will recommend friends with knee problems or other issues to KPJ. I am happy and satisfied with everyone.
