Consultant: Mr. Lee Hock Keong Clinic Nurses: Evelyn Low & Nur Shafinaz The service provided by the Neurosurgeon Clinic was excellent. I was attended to promptly upon arrival. Clear and helpful instructions were given throughout the visit. The clinic nurses, Evelyn Low and Nur Shafinaz, were professional, attentive, and provided very good nursing care and assistance. Mr. Lee Hock Keong demonstrated excellent doctor services with clear explanations and reassuring consultation. The clinic room and equipment were also in very good condition, clean, and well maintained. Overall, a very positive and satisfying experience.

Unfortunately, I had a traffic accident while traveling in Penang and stayed at this hospital for several days. I am very grateful for the care provided by Dr. Lee Hock Keong. The nurses were also very good and patient. The hospital was generally very clean, and the food provided was healthy and diverse.
