We had a very good experience during our stay at KPJ Batu Pahat, especially at the Aquamarine (Paediatric) Ward for these 7 days. Overall, the care provided was professional, attentive, and reassuring. During the antibiotic drip, my child experienced phlebitis on the right hand. However, the ward management responded very quickly, took immediate action, and the pain was relieved rapidly. There were also minor air bubbles noticed during the antibiotic drip, which were handled properly with careful monitoring. Despite these challenges, the nurses and ward staff were caring, responsive, and supportive throughout our stay. The ward was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which gave us peace of mind as parents. Special appreciation to Dr Mukmin, Paediatrician at KPJ Batu Pahat, for his excellent service and dedication. He treated my son very well with kindness, patience, and professionalism, and we are truly grateful for his care. Thank you to the entire Aquamarine Ward team and Dr Mukmin for the commitment and quality care provided. Highly recommended✅
