Good service, comfortable room & friendly staff. My daughter ward admitted for a week and get good consultation from Dr Soon and Dr Lee.

I am very satisfied with the service at KPJ Batu Pahat. The registration process is very easy and fast, even using GL on weekends and early in the morning. There is no excuse for the specialist doctor to be unavailable due to holidays & such, it is the first place I go. All the staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room facilities are very comfortable and spacious, while the hospital food is also delicious with a lot of dishes. The menu is not the same every day, people will come to the room to take orders for the next day, the food also tastes like a restaurant. Delicious. The child also feels calm because the staff is good at treating children with kindness. I would also like to express my appreciation to Dr. Lee Gin Woon who is not only experienced, but also very caring. The way he treats my child is full of empathy, as if it were his own child, not just doing a job. The explanation given is also easy for someone like me to understand, because I don't really understand these medical terms. Overall, the experience at KPJ Batu Pahat is very positive and highly recommended.
