I recently underwent nose endoscopy sinusitis surgery at Penang Adventist Hospital under the care of Dr. Jonathan Deong (ENT) and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Dr. Deong is not only incredibly friendly and calm, but also exceptionally attentive and patient. His ability to clearly explain every detail—both before and after the procedure—gave me great confidence and peace of mind. His professionalism, gentle approach, and genuine concern for his patients truly set him apart. The surgery went smoothly and effectively, and I am extremely grateful for his excellent skill and care. A big thank you as well to Nurse Nalini, who was always helpful, and to Nurse Yeap Feng, who took excellent care of me while I was warded. Nurse Yeap Feng is exceptionally well-trained and truly deserves a 5-star rating for her dedication and compassion.
