My son was warded for one night for a minor ear procedure, which was performed by Dr. Santhapan, and we stayed at the MD2 ward. Everything went smoothly from admission to discharge. The nurses were all extremely friendly, attentive, and reassuring, which made a big difference, especially as a parent. They were always approachable and quick to help whenever we needed anything. And not to forget, the food was good. My son loves it Dr. Santhapan was very calm, professional, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. His gentle and composed manner gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
