I have wanted to write this review for a long time, but only now do I have the strength to share our experience. In September of last year, my husband and I visited the ENT clinic at KPMC Kajang and met with Dr. Irise. Honestly, from the moment we first met the doctor, we could feel that she was very experienced. As soon as my husband started speaking and the doctor saw the swelling in his neck, she suspected a growth in his mouth that might have spread to his neck. After a thorough examination, the doctor confirmed a growth on the tonsil that had possibly spread to the neck. The doctor explained the diagnosis and the next steps, including the need for an MRI before a biopsy. The way the doctor explained everything was very professional, even though the situation was very difficult for us to accept. What we appreciated most was that the doctor was willing to help arrange an early appointment at a government hospital because we had financial constraints. With the doctor's help, our process became smoother, and we didn't have to make aimless trips back and forth. When we arrived at the government hospital, many doctors there knew Dr. Irise and knew that she indeed had expertise in cases like this. We are truly grateful to have met her at KPMC, even though it was originally just a routine appointment. Dr. Irise is not only highly skilled in her field but also a kind-hearted and genuinely helpful person to her patients. The fees charged were also very reasonable, even though the doctor did more than what was expected for us. Thank you very much, Doctor. We will never forget your service and kindness.

We visited KPMC few days ago to see Dr Irise, an ENT surgeon for sinusitis causing an ear infection. The whole process from registration to waiting time was smooth and efficient, we were seen first in the queue. We were warmly welcomed into her clinic with smile and she immediately made us feel ease with her attentive conversation. Her examination using scope was gentle and she explained everything in detail, making it clear and easy to understand. More importantly, she explained the steps of nose suctioning beforehand and also during the procedure which made it less frightening. After the procedure, my husband experienced significant relief from his nose. She was very skilled with her hands and showed great care throughout. Overall, great experience!

Few weeks ago, my brother and I brought his son to KPMC. He was seen the same day by Dr Irise and I want to thank her. I am a nurse in my country and I know removing foreign body from the nose of a 4 years old child usually need general anaesthesia. We have financial concerns and she reassured us not to worry as she would try to remove it in the clinic. She was calm, reassuring, and good. With just one gentle attempt, a stone was removed using scope. Thank you to the clinic nurse for the help, she is also gentle on my nephew and helped to hold his head through out the procedure. Great service from the reception, nurse and doctor, thank you!
