WORST STAFF IN CLINIC DR SHANTHI PALANIAPPAN!!! I CALLED TO ASK ABOUT MY ADMISSION, RECEIVED THE WORST ATTITUDE!! VERY IMPOLITE AND NOT PATIENT TO ANSWER, BUT I AM BEING VERY POLITE.

I consulted with Dr. Shanthi, a gastroenterology specialist, and found her to be both professional and approachable. I also want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the clinic nurse, Su Chen. She is the most amazing and friendly nurse I’ve ever encountered. Her positive attitude and warmth genuinely help ease patients' discomfort, both physically and mentally. Overall, I had a very positive experience visiting Dr. Shanthi’s clinic.

All the medical facilities and services provided are very good. Staff is also supportive and caring. Doctors are also good. Overall experience was very good. Special thanks to Endoscopy Centre's Doctor Shanthi Palaniappan and also to her staff, Ms. Su Chen.She is a very supportive, kind, and helpful person. Thank you, Su Chen and Pantai Hospital. ❤️
