I was admitted to KPJ Miri on 13 February 2026 for surgery, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire medical team. Dr. Pui Wei Chieng (Resident Consultant General Surgeon) demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and dedication throughout my surgical journey. His clear and detailed explanations, steady confidence, and calm reassurance provided great comfort and instilled full trust before surgery. Dr. Aida Esa (Obstetrics & Gynaecology (O&G) Specialist) was highly professional, patient, and supportive throughout my care. She provided clear explanations and guidance, which helped me better understand the procedure and eased my concerns. Her nurse, Monica, was equally kind, patient, and attentive, ensuring that I felt well supported at every step. Together, their coordinated care and clear communication gave me great confidence prior to surgery. I would also like to thank Dr. Lavine at A&E for the prompt attention, professionalism, and compassionate care. My appreciation also extends to the CT Scan team, Daniel and Stefanus, for their efficiency, attentiveness, and reassuring support. The operation team, including Dr. Ling and the nurses, were professional, clear in their communication, and patient, ensuring a smooth and safe surgical experience. I would also like to express my appreciation to Dr. Firdaus Ak, who visited me before my discharge. He was patient, kind, and reassuring, and took the time to provide clear explanations and detailed guidelines for my recovery. His assurance gave me additional confidence and peace of mind before leaving the hospital. A special acknowledgment to the nurses — Nurlaila, Connie, Flora, Laila, Elaine, Ekal, Jane, Ping, Michelle, Dolly, and Rozzi — for their positive energy, constant encouragement, and dedication. Their care created a comforting environment that helped me remain calm and at ease throughout my stay.
