I’m truly satisfied with the services at Hospital Pusrawi. I had all 4 of my deliveries here under the care of Dr. Asmah Yun, and my children have been hospitalized 4 times, attended by Dr. K, Dr. Azam, and Dr. Nordin, all of whom provided excellent care. The nurses were consistently caring, attentive, and patient throughout. The wards were clean, bright, and comfortable, with decent meals and good facilities overall. Without a doubt, this is my preferred hospital.

Thank you Dr. Nordin and Staff Nurse Norazurah from ArRaudhah ward... Recommended Paeds Doctor... very sincere in trying to cure the patient... tolerant, kind, professional, gentle, only suctioning the baby's phlegm but a lot of it comes out... even though he has been discharged, he still tries to give a contact card if anything happens.. listens to the patient's caregivers and has great empathy....

My son was admitted to Raihan Ward and my experience here was very satisfactory. The nurses were all very kind, gentle in their conversation, quick to help, and made me feel very well cared for. Doctor Nordin also explained my condition clearly and always made sure I understood every step of the treatment. In addition, I would also like to thank the staff who prepared the food, especially Hajarina. Every time she sent the diet, she was very polite, friendly and treated the customers well, making me feel appreciated even when I was sick. Overall, I am truly grateful to everyone involved. Raihan Ward is the best.
