"Hello. At the end of February, my daughter suffered from a severe case of food poisoning while we were in Bali and was admitted to Sunway Medical Centre for treatment. We have since returned to Korea and she is recovering well. I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to Dr. Jeanne, Dr. Koay Yeong Wee, and all the nurses who provided such dedicated and thoughtful care during her stay. Being in a foreign country with a sick child felt overwhelming and daunting, but we experienced true humanity at Sunway Medical Centre. I personally learned so much from this experience. I wanted to make sure I sent my thanks, even if a little late. I wish Sunway Medical Centre continued success in becoming a world-class institution. Thank you truly."

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr Jeanne for the excellent care she provided to my son throughout his hospitalization. She is a compassionate and dedicated paediatrician who took the time to clearly explain the progression of my son’s illness, which greatly alleviated my worries and fears. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to all the nurses in Ward 9A, as well as everyone who encountered the naughty little boy in bed 9A-04. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and attentive care towards my son. Together, you made our 3D2N stay an extremely pleasant and reassuring experience. Thank you very much.
