Best neurosurgeon and oncologist I ever met I was introduced by my friend to seek second opinion in Beacon Hospital. Never heard of this hospital before this. Made an appointment to see Dato Ibrahim. He reviewed my case and discussed my case with his fellow colleague, Dr Lee Foo Chiang who is a neurosurgeon. When I read their review online, there are a lot of positive feedbacks on these two doctors. After discussed with my family, I decided to get treated in this hospital. I had a pleasant stay of three weeks in this hospital. The nurses were friendly and competent. The customer service staff was helpful. There was once my husband’s car broke down in the car park and the customer service was so kind to get the nearby mechanic to check and service our car. I would like to thank Dato Ibrahim and Dr Lee for their dedication. Not to forget all the nurses and staffs.

My personal experience at this hospital is none but one word - AWESOME! Doctors are very experienced, explained in details the whole procedures, what is the possible risk and etc. The staff here from admin, patient assistant, nurses both icu and normal ward, OT personnel and doctors are very helpful, kind and caring. Specifically during this pandemic, the hospital staff are doing their best to make the patients feel better, always greet the patients with smile and give them words of encouragement.
