1. Mr Siva of Client Liaison office was very attentive at A&E to ensure my son received right attention upon admission. 2. Dr Siti Suriati was excellent, empathetic and generous to kindly explain to us our son's condition and was confident in her recommendation. Surgery went smoothly and she spent time during follow up to explain and address our concerns. 3. ICU nurse Khairil was attentive to my son who played Korean music to help calm him down. Other nurses were good too. 4. Ward food was nice, nurses were helpful and physiotherapist Aireen was very positive and encouraging. Complaints 1. Parking insufficient for patients 2. MRI CD given the wrong one and untimely.

Had a great experience at KPJ Rawang! Dr Suriyati and nurses especially Wani, Athirah, Sri and Alia were kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to patient care. The whole environment was clean, organized, and made me feel at ease. Thank you for going above and beyond!"

Admitted at room 615 Premier Ward from 13/11 - 15/11. All the staff nurse and Dr Siti are kind and provide the best service. It was the best experience during my time in the ward. The room are clean and nice. All the meal I had was very delicious ! Thankyou KPJ Klang. ❤️
