I have been to many hospitals, clinics, in many countries. Australia, hong kong, singapore, new zealand. My experience was nothing like what i got from PCMC especially from Dr Seri, and her senior aide Rafeza Rahman from WCC. From the moment the first phone call and email was made, the appointments, until our my son was was delivered , Rafeza made sure everything was perfect for me, the doctor and our entire experience. Alhamdulillah. My experience delivering my number 6 baby here at PCMC has been nothing short than AMAZING. From doctors Dr Seri Suniza, Dr Shamila to labor room staff to ward nurses to lactation expert Rina Ariyanti - ALL have been so helpful and warm during my recovery after my delivery of my Baby number 6 - Nusaybah. As I plan to successfully breastfeed Nusaybah for 2 years the presence of Lactation expert Rina, has been very helpful and great to help me remember the useful tips of successful breastfeeding. Thank You so much All. I pray Allah will reward all of you abundantly for all your sincere, professional and warm tireless efforts in helping this Mommy of 43 years old and Baby Nusaybah both recover quickly after delivery. I cant praise the service enough. Really great service. I have been consulting with Dr Seri & her clinic for my 1st & 2nd pregnancy, what a great doctor she is. Very kind, bubbly & empathic. The nurses are also very friendly & kind. Sangat memahami & helpful. Also, with physiotherapist Ms Neng Shahida. Very helpful, kind & friendly. Baik sangat! Thank you so much! PCMC flow from registration, pharmacy, to discharge is very clear & smooth. Reasonable parking rate.
