Thank you Dr Yasmin for the very good service from pregnancy to delivery... Dr Yasmin helped calm me down throughout the pregnancy and delivery process since I am a first time mom. It was very comfortable to get treatment with Dr Yasmin, I gave birth with Dr Yasmin through emergency czer, 3 days ago I can walk fast and barely need pain killer. Thank you also Dr Michael and team in the pediatric ward for the treatment and care of my baby, Dr Michael is very experienced, my baby didn't cry even when taking blood, and Dr shared many tips for caring for newborns, really helpful for first time parents. And kpj food is all delicious.. always the one serving the name Burhan.. overall really good 👍🏻👍🏻 Thank you kpj kuala selangor for the excellent service and making good memories for me as the first time mother 😊

The most valuable experience giving birth at KPJKS. Starting from CA Maizatul at Dr. Yasmin’s clinic, she was very fast, efficient, and friendly throughout every appointment. The registration staff, Bo Diviya, and the ward discharge process were also quick, especially Bo Aqilah, who was always full of smiles. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Room cleanliness was always maintained as the cleaning ladies frequently cleaned the room. I would also like to express my infinite gratitude to Dr. Yasmin, who was always smiling and calm; all the maternity staff (Aum Azira, SRM Atiqah, Srn Chong, Srn Arina) who helped facilitate my delivery in the labor room; Sister Aqila; and all the pediatric ward staff who were so kind in helping to look after my child while they were admitted to the ward. Dr. Michael was also excellent in providing explanations regarding my child's condition. A thousand thanks to KPJKS.. THE BEST..❤️

I recommend pediatrician Dr. Michael; he's very patient and thorough in explaining things. All 3A-level nurses are excellent. However, I personally hope nurses will wear masks. I also had a bad experience in the ER. My child had a persistent fever and came in for blood tests. Before even seeing a pediatrician and having the blood drawn, after only measuring heart rate, blood oxygen, performing a swab test, and listening to the lungs (which were all in good condition), the ER doctor said the child needed an X-ray. I was told twice that blood tests were needed and that hospitalization would be decided after seeing a doctor. Before the blood tests were done and before we knew what virus the child was infected with, the insurance had already approved the hospitalization. I hope the system can be improved... but I still highly recommend pediatrician Dr. Michael; you can go to his outpatient clinic if needed.

Thank you KPJ Kuala Selangor team especially ward paed which was very helpful throughout the 5 days my child was wards due to bronchitis. Thank God, the facilities are complete and the staff are friendly and caring. Special thanks to Dr Michael who thoroughly reviewed and educated us as parents in detail. We parents don't worry either. GL PruBSN affairs are smooth and easy. We hope that all staff nurses, physios and drs at KPJ Kuala Selangor are healthy and always blessed with good fortune ❤️

My child was recently admitted due to high fever and just not feeling well. Honestly, I cant thank Dr. Michael Pook enough. He was absolutely wonderful, very gentle with my child, and he took the time to explain everything clearly to us, which really helped ease our worries. All the nurses in the pediatric ward (Level 3A) were also amazing, so friendly, caring, and always had a smile on their faces. It really made a big difference during a stressful time for us. Overall, i am really happy with the care we received. Thank you so much to Dr. Michael and all the staff. Keep up the great work, you guys are doing an incredible job
