Praise be to God. Although I had to celebrate Eid at the hospital, I was not disappointed. Thanks to all the doctors (Dr. Tan, Dr. Amirul) and all the nurses at WD2 (I don't know all their names :( but one of them is Ms. Siti) who took care of me in room no. 63 from 15-17/6/24 for influenza, as well as other nurses who were very kind, helpful, and lovely. Thank you all :) My experience with Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak was wonderful. The memories of celebrating Eid at the hospital will be remembered by my family and I. It was peaceful, comfortable, all areas were clean, efficient, examinations were quick, nurses were competent, helpful, and well-equipped, and the food was delicious and nutritious. Definitely recommended to everyone for treatment here. The emergency room was very comfortable, I didn't feel traumatized at all. The doctors and nurses were very understanding and treated my child well, with dim lighting for patients to rest before getting a room. I am recovering quickly. So thank you, thank you, thank you. Happy Eid al-Adha from me and my family to all the nurses and doctors 😊 thank you for sacrificing your Eid for your patients.

Not a good experience though. Doctor misdiagnosed. I had a deep cut on my finger but the doctor in the emergency department said no! Without flipping over the skin. Without!! Treated with medical glue and after one week condition were still the same. Then diagnosed again and had to be stitched! And had three bloody stitches after one week! The inconvenience and pain is REAL. The doctor’s name is Dr. M.A. If it is claimable from insurance company you may go. If you’re paying from your own pocket, please reconsider of getting treatment there.

Admitted ward MD1 room 38 on 8/11/24 @ 9PM, discharged on 10/11/24. First of all I would like to thank NM diana, NM Amira for helping me get treatment at CAH setapak. You gave me a smooth process when I was hospitalized.
