You gave me a smooth process when I was hospitalized. Praise be to God. Although I had to celebrate Eid at the hospital, I was not disappointed. Thanks to all the doctors (Dr. Tan, Dr. Amirul) and all the nurses at WD2 (I don't know all their names :( but one of them is Ms. Siti) who took care of me in room no. 63 from 15-17/6/24 for influenza, as well as other nurses who were very kind, helpful, and lovely. Thank you all :) My experience with Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak was wonderful. The memories of celebrating Eid at the hospital will be remembered by my family and I. It was peaceful, comfortable, all areas were clean, efficient, examinations were quick, nurses were competent, helpful, and well-equipped, and the food was delicious and nutritious. Definitely recommended to everyone for treatment here. The emergency room was very comfortable, I didn't feel traumatized at all. The doctors and nurses were very understanding and treated my child well, with dim lighting for patients to rest before getting a room. I am recovering quickly. So thank you, thank you, thank you. My daughter has been admitted to the Columbia Asia Hospital, Setapak, Kuala Lumpur on 19th - 20th April 2025 received treatment for a wrist fracture. The single room is big, comfort and clean. The food is delicous. The treatment and services fast and well explained. I would like to thanks to all staff Doctor Kharthik and Miss Nurul from Orthopedic department for the best service and treatment, Doctor Amirul from Emergency department, and especially to staff nurse Miss Wana, Miss Nadia, Miss Rujia, Miss Sharizan and Miss Jegjit for all your kindness, services and hospitality. I had a very good experience at Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak. During the emergency, I was handled by Dr Amirul and SN Karmila — the service was very fast, efficient, and professional. When I was admitted to the ward, I was assisted by the on-call SR, Amiza, who was very helpful and attentive. I would also like to commend Team MD1, who were very professional and supportive throughout my stay, especially in Room 56. Dr Shantini monitored my condition closely. She is very kind, soft-spoken, and highly professional, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Overall, excellent service from the entire medical team at Columbia Asia Hospital Setapak.
