Just had an Endoscopy performed by Dr. Teoh Kum Faut and his team this morning. The procedure was quick and extremely smooth. Nurses, especially both Ms. Sietra and Ms. Kethuri was very kind and ensuring that I was taken with great care. Overall all of the staffs are very professional and I highly recommend the Endoscopy Unit here wholeheartedly 😊👍🏻

I brought my father to see Dr. Teoh Kum Huat for a gastrointestinal issue. The doctor, nurses, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly, polite, and helpful. The medical service was also good. However, the waiting time for procedures and consultations was still quite long. My father was asked to come at 7:00 AM, but the ultrasound and endoscopy process was only completed around 2:00 PM due to the queuing system, despite him having to fast from 10:00 PM the night before. Similarly, for his doctor's follow-up appointment, we were asked to come at 2:00 PM but were only called in after 3:00 PM. Hopefully, the scheduling and queuing system can be improved in the future so that patient waiting times are not too long. It would be more comfortable if delays could be kept within, for example, about 30 minutes. Thank you.

I am very impressed with the service I received from the gastroenterology clinic. The nurses were very professional and competent in their roles. Especially Ms Sietra Tamimalai who was leading the team in carrying out their duties. She is an excellent leader of the unit. Thank you once again to Dr Teoh K F and the entire team.
