Experience of being warded in B3-323. Dr. Saladina, Dr. Khong, Dr. Maya & Dr. Imran worked very hard and did their best, praise be to God... The Total Thyroidectomy operation went very well. Endless thanks to all the doctors and all the nurses and staff in Ward 3B, everyone was kind, gentle, and very helpful in all aspects... everyone was friendly and heartwarming. Nurse Aina helped keep me company and chatted with me from 3 am to 4 am because I couldn't sleep after the operation. Staff Siti Khatijah, Teacher Peggy, Physio Nurse Fariza, and many others, I've forgotten the names of all the kind staff... they were beautiful, sweet, and made me feel calm and at ease throughout my stay in the ward. Hospital Pantai KL is indeed the best.

Got into Pantai due to a second degree burn while cooking. I was lucky to be assigned to Dr Khong, a plastic surgeon suggested by the emergency doctor, Dr Ainar. I was very assured by Dr Khong on my recovery journey and her team of nurses was caring and helpful in treating me and planning for my treatment when i am away on holiday. Dayangku was patient and taught me how to change my own dressing while I am traveling. I am glad to be able to continue with my holiday as planned since I was equipped with all I need to have and know on how to change my dressing daily. My hand is healing well thanks to the TLC from Dr Khong, Dayangku and Sarah. :) Thank you!

I’d like to extend my gratitude to Dr Khong Su San, who I consulted for a burn injury over my shoulder. She was so pleasant and kind, and she patiently listened to all of my concerns. I truly appreciate the time and effort she gave to me. Good doctors are hard to come by these days, and I have yet to meet one better than Dr Khong.

Big thank you to Dr Khong, Nurse Agnes, Dr Shalini, Nurse Salina, Nurse Aina, and Nurse Devi for taking such great care of me. Professional, kind, and somehow managed to make a hospital experience feel calm and okay. Everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and with a lot of care. Truly grateful to these people — excellent hands to be in, even if I hope not to come back too soon 😄 (except for follow ups)

Great doctor (Dr Khong Su San) who is willing to help and go extra mile even though she is busy. Never felt more comfortable when SN Dayangku helped to do the dressing for my wound. Highly recommended.
