One of the standout features of his clinic is the efficient appointment system. His nurse, Rafidah, is very helpful, often calling a day until a few hours before appointments to reschedule if necessary even by 30 minutes, ensuring that I never have to wait long. In fact, I’ve accompanied my mother, aunt, and friend to his clinic nearly ten times over the past month, and we have never waited more than 20 minutes to see him. After suffering from right elbow pain for almost a year, often overusing my left hand to compensate—I was at my wit's end. While accompanying my family, Dr. Adrian suggested PIT. I decided to give it a try, and to my amazement, my pain completely disappeared after just three sessions! I can now twist, squeeze and lift heavy objects with no pain! I was referred to him by my previous Rheumatologist, due to a technical issues which made it impossible for me to continue treatment there. During my first appointment with Dr. Adrian, he was very patient, calmed me down, and listened attentively to my concerns with great empathy. I was admitted from 31/7 to 3/8 due to sudden severe headache and abdomen pain.I was referred to gastro doctor Dr Melven Kok who did my Scope procedures, he explained very patiently and clearly about my gastric condition that will take longer time to recover. I was also refered to ENT doctor, Dr Roslenda who did the vertigo exercise, she is very warmth and attentive. Many thanks to Dr Adrian who was fast and efficient in diagnosing and explained my finger arthritis problem and suggested a treatment plan. All the nurses and hospital assistants at Ward 4 were very friendly, warmth and attentive to my needs. I must give a credit to a physiotherapist Adrina who thought me a very challenging balancing exercises but yet pleasant and fun.
