Ever since I had my child, Sunway Medical Centre has been our go-to hospital. Coincidentally, every admission has been at the 6F ward, and the nurses and other staff (housekeeping,F&B) there are always very attentive and caring. The doctors are professional and reassuring. Special thanks to Dr Khoo and Dr Cheong for taking such great care of my child. Highly recommended! That said, there is room for improvement in the admission process through the Children’s A&E. The process of moving into the A&E room before being admitted to the ward can be quite slow, and the speed could definitely be improved. Overall, still grateful for the great care provided.
