I cannot recommend Dr. Rafi and his team highly enough. From the very beginning of my pregnancy journey through delivery and postpartum care, I felt genuinely supported, cared for, and in the safest hands possible. As an expat, and as a first time mom, one of my biggest concerns was navigating pregnancy and childbirth away from my home country and support system. However, from the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The warmth and compassion shown by everyone made me feel like I truly belonged and was never alone in this journey. What stood out most about Dr. Rafi was his ability to keep me calm, even during crisis situations. When I experienced issues with my blood sugar and other stressful moments, he was incredibly kind, reassuring, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. His calm demeanor gave me confidence when I needed it most. My elective C-section experience was made so much easier thanks to Dr. Rafi, his amazing team, and the exceptional support they provided throughout the process. Despite being a smaller clinic, they deliver a level of personalized care that is truly special. You never feel like just another patient- you feel like family. A special thank you to Tila, who was always so accommodating and supportive, as well as Dr. Raymond, whose care and guidance were invaluable. Dr. Karanjeet entertaining my late night calls filled with concern and the rest of the medical team who were highly capable and professional, ensuring that every concern was addressed promptly and thoroughly. I would also like to recognize the wonderful nursing staff, receptionist Najeah, and even the accounting team, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. Every member of the clinic played a role in making us feel supported especially Dr Paul, in helping us stay calm during difficult moments, especially when I was having trouble with my blood sugar. My post-operative care was equally outstanding. A special mention goes to physiotherapist Prema, whose expertise, encouragement, and compassionate approach made a huge difference to my recovery after my C-section. Having such dedicated support during those early days helped me regain confidence and recover more comfortably. Post-delivery, we were equally impressed by our pediatrician, Dr. Jessie. She is incredibly competent, patient, and thoughtful. She never rushes appointments, takes the time to answer every question, and ensures parents feel informed and confident in caring for their newborn. It is rare to find a healthcare team where every single person- from the doctors and nurses to the reception, physiotherapy, and administrative staff-works together so seamlessly and compassionately. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Rafi and the entire team for making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable, reassuring, and even positive. Thank you all for your outstanding care, professionalism, and kindness. We will always remember the support you gave our family during one of the most important times in our lives.

Fantastic service provided. Dr ummul and Dr Rafi are wonderful doctors. very concern, and humble. Nurses in the ward are very profesional and they come and check in now and then. Good explanation by Dr wan anaesthetist before the spinal procedure. Dr Ng the pediatrician was very prompt and explained everything very clearly. Dr Jesse reviewed baby following day and gave good explanation and advice . overall very happy with hospital team. well done!

UMRA Hospital has become a part of my life. I love everything about UMRA hospital. Especially Dr K @ Dr Karamjit Kaur A/P Surjit Sigh. She looks cold on the outside but she is very friendly when it comes to treatment in her firm way. I am very confident in the accuracy of her work. I went through all the birthing process during these 9 years with her help. Very thankful. My baby and I are healthy. Dr K is one of the reasons why I am loyal to UMRA Hospital. In addition thank you so much to the staff nurse who are very friendly. Laila, Anitha, Roselle, Umi, Reception and everyone I didn't have time to ask their names. You all are very close to my heart. I hope you all like the brownies I sent. I also like the treatment of the doctors who treat me either in the ward or in the consultation room. I delivered my first child there and the second one recently, everything went perfect from the first check up to the delivery ! They all do their best and work with care ❤️ And it’s affordable compared to other clinics ! I want to thank Dr Rafi and dr Ummul and all the nurses , they are super nice and the anesthésist dr Wan mohamad akbar during my c section, he was very comforting and explaining every single step , that helped me a lot to reduce stress and fear 💚 thank you hospital umra 🙏💖

My 3rd delivery here. Checkup with Dr Yus. Such a Loveable, Friendly & always given wonderful advice during all the checkups. Everyone from the housekeeping to the nursing staff has been very kind & helpful. The owner of the hospital itself, Dato’ Dr Rafi are amazing & give a lot of confidence & have a very positive attitude that make me feel so much at ease & he gives support at every step throughout my delivery. I felt really grateful that i choose to deliver all my 3 kids here & even my siblings choose to deliver here too.
