Today I came in for my C-section wound check. Dr. Rafi, assisted by Nurse Dila, was very gentle and friendly. I couldn't bear the pain, but they were very patient in calming me down. I am very satisfied. My experience having my first child delivered here was very satisfying. From the counter staff, pharmacy, all the nurses, doctors, and even the cleaning staff, they were all very kind, treated me well, and were patient. I highly recommend this hospital. Thank you to all the staff at Umra Hospital.

Been to Hospital Umra a few times now. The pricing is affordable and the advice given by Dr Rafi is always excellent and reassuring. He is very encouraging and takes time to explain things properly. Madam Tila is also very helpful, caring, and genuinely concerned about patient’s wellbeing. She even introduced us to their wellness and aesthetics clinic services. Overall, one of the best hospitals for prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care. Highly recommended!

I was almost 20 weeks pregnant and was consulting the other doctor in a different Hospital. They found issues in baby in NIPT report and told us very late and asked us to terminate the baby as it is critical and suggested us this Umra Hospital. We are really very lucky and blessed that we have found this Hospital. Because, they have reviewed the entire reports and did scanning. They said it is very clear in the scanning itself about the baby and there shouldn't be this big delay. But anyways, they did not delay much and on same day, they have counselled (Dr Rafi and Dr. Ummul) They have explained, counselled, consoled us in every best way. It is just me and my husband who stay here and they have given all the support. Dr. Ummul took care of me very well. They asked me to admit then and there, explained 2 ways, we opted 1, they induced tablet and gave us room. Every now and then nurse was taking care very well. Later night again did scanning to check status. As I have already pains, they said to wait and see. As expected midnight 2 am baby came out and before that nurse came in my room, helped me with exercise for relief. I felt very comfortable as the situation is not that good for us, me and my husband who are going through tough time. After baby came out, they took care of me. All the nurses very well and morning they did scanning to check, as few tissues were there, did DNC. Dr. Rafi and Dr. Ummul, supported us in this process. The best part is, Dr. Ummul asked if we want to do all the rituals for baby. We said we want to but have no idea, she checked with Dr. Rafi. Dr. Rafi gave the letter to near by mosque for them to allow us to follow all the ritual. They have a big heart. Everyone in this process stood side by us with great empathy and we have done everything we wanted. It's very tough for us but can't Thanks the staff of Hospital and special call out to Dr. Rafi and Dr. Ummul. In my later followups also Dr. Ummul gave us huge guidance. Recently I didn't had any consultation. Went and said just Hi after 2.5 months and Dr. Ummul recognized us and asked about my health and again she guided us with best things. I am really overwhelmed with the experience. Finally I got a chance to write this so everyone should know about this Hospital. Thank you Thank you so much everyone. This is not just Hospital, a place we feel like a family. Every staff and every Dr I have met so far.
