My daughter was admitted to Carnation Room 820 for three days due to her sinus condition and underwent surgery during her stay. Throughout this period, we experienced outstanding care and hospitality from everyone involved — the nurses, cleaners, and kitchen staff. Their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly made a difference and gave us great comfort during a stressful time. My deepest gratitude goes especially to Dr. Tengku Ezulia, who treated my daughter and successfully performed the surgery on her nose. masyaAllah tabarakallah. Thank you for your expertise, dedication, and compassionate care. We are truly grateful for your reassurance and professionalism throughout the treatment.
