Came here to get a diagnosis for my chest discomfort on Tuesday and had a terrible Dr experience! Booked myself in to get checked by a physician, was given a Dato Seri Dr Suresh, whom upon seeing me and briefly asking me about my issue, told me I should just do a “scope.” Me not knowing anything about the procedure, I simply asked why he advised it and agreed to go ahead. Fast forward to after the procedure, I was advised over the phone about my results. But still remained very lost as to how it relates to my condition. Further, I was given RM650 worth of drugs, which upon secondary opinion from another Dr, questioned why I was given them! I’m still dumbfounded and in shock! Definitely stay away from this doctor if you plan to make a visit. On a more positive note, the nurses and the other staff I interacted with here were great!

I wish to put in record the following comments & observation during my hospitalisation at Assunta Hospital. 1) Firstly, Assunta Hospital is well known as a caring patient focussed hospital. 2) Shows patient care , safety & well being of the patient as utmost priority. 3)The doctor in charge - Was very professional, tons & tons of patience & always gave the best in the interest of the health of the patient. 4) I am 101% confident with the doctors at Assunta Hospital. 5)The support nursing staff / trainee nurses (e.g. En Kiran & others ,sorry could not remember individual names of nursing/trainee staff members of Melor ward) played their respective roles well to meet the doctor's expectations. However, incremental / continuance improvements could be made from time to time - (above average) 6) The above shows the "A - Team" of this hospital - (excellent) 7) the kitchen, meals met the health requirements & nutritional enough. - (satisfactory) 8) the office front line staff, admission office - (satisfactory). 9) Overall , I am very satisfied with the treatment received & happy to go home fully recovered. I am impressed with this hospital. Since 2018 I have undergone gallbladder removal surgery by Dr. Suresh and today I have brought my child for Pneumonia. The nurses and doctors are very polite and caring. Thanks all nurses & Doctors Meena’s mother 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
