A great hospital is not only about advanced equipment or professional doctors. What truly makes a difference is the people behind it. The doctors here are highly professional and dedicated, the nurses are attentive and caring, and many staff members are always willing to lend a helping hand — even when it is beyond their job scope. Their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile truly make a difference. I would like to sincerely thank Dr Simon Yap Ngim Loong, Dr Dato Yap Yee Guan, Dr Ng Eng Khim and the entire medical team for taking such good care of us over the past 10 days. A very special thank you to Ms Eunice, a nurse from the ICU, and Ms Abby from the BD team. Both of them went out of their way to help us, even beyond their responsibilities.
