I recently visited SJMC due to back pain and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. From the receptionists to the nurses, everyone went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and well-informed about my visit. Their genuine care and efficiency were evident throughout my time there. I was particularly impressed with Dato Dr. Jegan. He listens patiently to my concerns and explain everything in a way I could easily understand. His compassionate approach and clear communication made a significant difference in my overall experience. The food is really superb and the total cost for a five day stay which includes the procedure are far more cheaper than other private hospital at Klang Valley. Overall, I highly recommend SJMC for anyone seeking excellent medical care. The combination of a dedicated staff and exceptional doctors ensures that patients receive top-notch treatment and attention. SJMC deserves more than 5 stars.

I love the ambience of this hospital! The aesthetics is jus great. Very pleasing to the eyes and i feel at peace here becoz it doesnt feel like a hospitall but akin to a 5 star hotel! The security personnel were friendly n helpful and the customer care pleasant n helpful. My sister was there for her appts with 3 different consultants- Dr.Jegan, Dr.Chooi n Dr.Lee were great!. Explained everything so patiently. :). My whole family comes here. My dad did a fistula with Dr. KL Tan and he had a great experience too! And the day care staff were very helpful. Overall great team providing great service in a comfortable hotel environment! Thank u!

Very kind gentle assisting and guiding staffs.They are very nice to the elderly.Overall everything seems fine to me therefore I have no complaints . Doctor Jagan is incredibly benevolent and helpful.
