I would like to take this opportunity to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Riaz, the Orthopaedic Surgeon, for accepting my brother, Fariz Aiman, on August 12th, 2024, following his MB accident and sustained closed fracture of his right tibia. The operation, scheduled promptly, went smoothly without any complications. Alhamdulillah, my brother is recovering well. I first learned about Dr. Riaz through a close friend who highly recommended him for my brother's care. I needed wound dressing for my leg after surgery at the wound care unit. The wound care staff treated my wound meticulously and well. I had to go back and forth to the hospital for 4 months, and thankfully, Alhamdulillah, my wound healed well. Thank you to the staff Kak Lammia, Kak New, Sister Linda, Mr. Shaiful (Physio), and Dr. Ahmad Riaz, as well as all the staff at Pantai Hospital Ayer Keroh.

What I love most about Pantai Hospital is definitely Dr Ahmad Riaz. This is my second admission to Pantai under Dr Riaz. In both cases, he treated me very well. Im so grateful to have him as my doctor. Not forgetting the physiotherapist team consist of. Shaiful, Yati n Nani. They helped me a lot in alleviating my neck pain. Now I’m almost healed. Last but not least all the nurses in Ward 3 who have helped me in any way they can. I don’t recognize most of them as they were wearing mask but i did remember Norhidayah. I would like to thank Pn Nor Amelia Liew for her kind words and advice. It was nice talking to her. As for the hospital, there’s one thing that upset me is the waiting period for the covid test. 2 hours is way too long for a patient who is in pain to be sitting n wait for the result. I wish you have a temporary ward for patients who need to lie down while waiting for the covid results. There is also another thing that u can look into. The customer service of the admission n insurance department. They are less friendly as to compared to the nurses and attendants. I guess they should be one who should show courteous as they are the face of Pantai. Thank you
