This being our second child, the experience meant even more to us, and we are truly grateful for the exceptional care, professionalism, and compassion shown throughout the entire journey. From the very first moment in the labour ward until our baby was safely cared for in the nursery, everything was handled so smoothly and with such dedication. I’m one of the staff members at KPJ, but recently I became a patient myself due to some health issues. I went to see Dr. Tek (Gynaecologist), and she took very good care of my condition from the start. She clearly explained why I was having these issues and what I should and shouldn’t do in order to recover. Dr. Tek also performed a transvaginal ultrasound this was my first time undergoing the procedure, and at first I felt quite nervous and even a bit ashamed. However, both Dr. Teh and her assistant doctors, Ms. Shamala and Ms. Hani, made sure I was comfortable, reassured me throughout, and placed me in a safe and respectful environment during the whole process. Later, I was admitted to the hospital for an iron infusion. The staff from Ward Tulip (3rd floor) took excellent care of me as well. Even though I am a staff member at this hospital, they treated me strictly according to the same rules and regulations as any other patient, with professionalism and compassion at every step. I am truly grateful to Dr. Tek, Ms. Shamala, Ms. Hani, and the entire Ward Tulip team for their dedication and genuine care. Thank you for making a difficult experience so much easier and ensuring that I felt safe and well looked after throughout my treatment.

I recently had surgery to remove a fibroid under the care of Dr. Teh Siok Chin at KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital, and I am incredibly grateful for the experience. From the initial consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, Dr. Teh was very calm, professional, compassionate, and highly attentive.
