I have unfortunately visited almost all of KL’s best hospitals thanks to my health conditions, but nowhere has come close to SMCV. Ive had the pleasure of having Dr. Sangeetha & Dr. Eng Khee on my case for immunology & nutrition, respectively. Both of them have been nothing but patient, empathetic, inquisitive and determined. Having had doctors give up on trying to find out the root cause to some even claiming “it’s all in your head”, SMCV has been the first place to take me seriously and actively work on my case with compassion above all. And I believe that is what makes all the difference. After over a year of suffering and hospitalizations, I finally am on the path to healing. One month in and Im feeling better from head to toe, less anxious about my health, and doing so without 10000 medicines being shoved down my throat. In a world where it has become far too normal for medical practitioners to throw whatever pills they find to merely bandage the symptoms, Dr Sangeetha and Dr Eng Khee take healing and health holistically, focusing on you getting better inside out and for the long run, rather than throwing you a long list of prescriptions and a hefty bill (that often don’t even help). A huge thank you to these wonderful professionals once again.
