Friday went to KPJ A&E for head, leg and hand surgery. Very first, I would like to say million thank to each and every one who work in this hospital for the great effort to save my life. At A&E i was attended by DR AHMAD NASREE assisted by RASHIDI and AZIA. They did first aid to stop bleeding on my head and do dressing to multiple injuries all over my body. DR AHMAD keep exermine me to makesure i m ok till go surgery. The Magic duo arrived pretty soon in the process of saving my life. DR ONG and DR SARA, friendly and very professional doctors. I was in the state of shock before this 2 doctors attend to me at observation area. I felt very much comfortable and confident knowing that these doctors would be able to handle any situation if any was to arise. I undergo head, left hand, knee and multiple wound surgery done by DR ONG and DR SARA and few other assistants. My apologies if i miss out anyone name here. I was admitted at ward SAKURA attended by few of the staffs. SHEILA, DIANA, NURMARIANA,KALAISELVI, STELLA,HAJAR,AFIQAH. All of them take good care of me with great smile and care. I felt like i were in good hands and that gave me peace of mind towards my recovery process. SHEILA is very knowledgeable and one of the sincerest i ever met. DIANA did excellent job too. They explain each and everything to me, and gave me so much confident. DR SARA and DR ONG is a gems. They visit me for further follow up and treatment efficiently. I feel so much comfortable and confident whenever they visit me. This is my very first admission at hospital which i never went to hospital bed and spend a night before. I missed my family so much without seeing my childrens for few days, sleepless night coz i was scared. I feel like going crazy. Ward nurses make me calm, comfortable with their warm and sincere care. I would like to say big thank to Ward Nurse Manager and all staffs at ward SAKURA for handle things very professionally. F&B team did great job by filling my stomach right on time. My apologies if i miss out any persons who involve in this process and experience. It was my very first, scary, unforgettable moment of my life. Room 612, Sakura ward is the best.. my child had surgery to insert a metal rod in their leg.. 4 days here, Dr. Ong is the best!!! The nurses in the SAKURA ward, all shifts, are very friendly, top-notch service.. 5 stars.. recommend this hospital.

Sakura ward . Doctor Ong & Doctor See are very experienced and offer execellent advice & services while I was admitted for a closed fracture left clavicle. The nurses in this ward were attending to our request promptly after we pressed the service bell. Any request made by us to enquire from the doctors will be communicated without having to worry.

I was admitted on Monday n underwent a broken bone surgery for my left arm. The surgery was a great success and I want to personally thank Dr Ong for his excellent skills not forgetting the 3 nurses Puvar, Herina n Adibah that attended to me. Their kindness n smiles make my day. Tqvm for their services n wishing them all the very best in their future endeavours 🙏💖. A shout out to Dr See too a very friendly n humble doctor👍❤️
