Congratulations to KPJ Klang for the services provided. Still undergoing treatment in the medical ward, it's day 5 under the best ENT doctor for my family, Dr. Mazita Ami. We will only refer to Dr. Mazita for ENT-related health issues. During the treatment, I had the experience of a hearing test from the Audiology Unit. Excellent service from that unit, with friendly and efficient staff who provided clear explanations before and after the test was conducted. All the nurses in the medical ward on the 5th floor are among the best nurses and staff. I am very impressed with their dedication and the excellent care provided to me. Assalamu alaikum.. Good afternoon.. I am one of the patients at KPJ Klang. I have chronic asthma and sinus. I had an attack for over 2 weeks, needing medication every 2-3 hours. I received two types of antibiotics at a panel clinic, but there was still no change in my intermittent fever. I have undergone several operations at KPJ Klang. I called to request a walk-in appointment to see Dr. Mazita, an ENT specialist. I called as early as 9:15 AM. I was informed that the doctor had an operation today, so I would be scheduled for the next day. I explained my condition. The doctor's assistant asked for time to consult with the doctor to see if I could be squeezed in today given my condition. Alhamdulillah.. Dr. Mazita was very caring and willing to spare time to attend to me. Thank you, doctor, for accepting me despite your packed schedule. Please forgive me for not making an appointment in advance. You are very attentive to patients. Thank you also to the assistants for being so caring. Alhamdulillah.. I would also like to thank Mr. Faiz from the GL department for his great effort in helping me. Even though my condition was not very good, he made every effort to apply for the GL as quickly as possible to ensure my process was smooth. Alhamdulillah, once again, Allah made my affairs easy. Alhamdulillah, the GL was approved in less than half an hour. Thank you to all the staff from Dr. Mazita's ENT specialist clinic and Mr. Faiz from the GL department. I am very glad to choose this hospital as my first hospital experience as well for my nasal polyps treatment. My ENT specialist Dr.Mazita AMI who really did very professionally and guided me with good option of treatment according my situation, as well very detailed explanation ,I will definitely recommend her services to other , not forgotten my anaesthetist Dr.Tham who are very kind and helpful to go through this experience, really appreciated from bottom of heart,OT staff , maternity staff to all frontline very friendly and professional thank you and really appreciated all the help and support,keep it up and god bless you all.
