Very impresses by this hospital. It is my first visit . Saw ENT Dr Raymond he is very professional and explain everything well and his nurse is very pleasant and proactive . the imagine staff who did my MRI are very efficient and MA shafie ( hope is correct) who put the cannula .. he was super careful and there was hardly any pain as the needle go in . 10 stars to him . No waiting time to get my medication. The front desk need a bit of improvement .upon checking in He told me my GL was not approved but apparently it was approved day before 😬 Overall very impressed!

Great appreciation to Dr Raymond for his awesome medical treatment rendered towards me and I feel good being under his care 😘. Nevertheless I'm also thankful to my Great Eastern medical coverage for allowing me to enjoy such a cosy journey at this good hospital and the food is so tasty, delicious and yummy 🤤🤤🤤. Top notch nursing 💪🏻 care by Tulip ward team and this hospital is to be recognised for their awesome 👍🏻 care and hospitality.

This was my first surgery here, and the nurses and doctors were all very friendly! It made me feel very comfortable, and I'm very grateful to Dr. Raymond for performing the surgery. Also, my AIA insurance covered my medical expenses.
