My father and I from Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia underwent a check-up, consultation, and therapy at Beacon Hospital in mid-June 2019. I personally had a general check-up, including an endoscopy, handled by Dr. Chong. In the imaging department, the X-ray, abdominal ultrasound, and head and neck MRI were handled by Dr. Ho. I also consulted with several specialists at Beacon Hospital, including: ENT Specialist Dr. Raymond, Eye Specialist Dr. Ong, Oncology Specialist Dato' Dr. Ibrahim, Neurology Specialist Dr. Hoo, and Diabetes Specialist Dato' Dr. Anuar. My father, who was diagnosed with prostate cancer, underwent 12 sessions of radiotherapy at Beacon Hospital using the latest radiotherapy equipment, the Varian Halcyon. The specialists who treated my father were Oncology Specialist Dato' Dr. Ibrahim and Urology Specialist Dr. Siva. The examinations and therapies at Beacon Hospital utilized the latest equipment and machines, including MRI, PET Scan, and radiotherapy. The waiting rooms for patients consulting with specialists were very comfortable, clean, and tidy, with coffee, tea, and cookies provided in each waiting area. We received excellent and friendly service from the doctors, nurses, registration staff, cashier department, Ibu Adah, Ibu Meilka, and even the security guards at Beacon Hospital. We express our sincere gratitude to Beacon Hospital and its entire team for the services provided during our check-up, consultation, and therapy.

The whole experience was great! From customer service ( who actually remembered me from my last appointment) to the doctors, they were very attentive. Dr. Liew from ENT and Dr. Azlin , a resident MD were two of the most bubbly doctors who actually take interest in their patients. We need more hospitals like this!

The nurses & personnels here are always helpful, friendly & never cease to greet with politeness & smiles. Dr.Liew (ENT) & Dr.K.Selva (Orthopaedic) are attentive & caring towards patient, gives good advice & recommendations. No doubt, from now on Beacon Hospital will be my first choice.

Suggested to have variety of breakfirst, your staff are very friendly. Dr Raymond is very professional & friendly.

Initially a daunting place with a strict system of getting ticket numbers etc, filling in forms etc with little idea of what next but overall an excellent experience. The nurses are so helpful (in particular Nathan), the various doctors (Dr Naim, Dr Kaur [sp?] & Dr Raymond) and staff were entirely professional and helpful. The tests were great and comprehensive and it certainly gave me piece of mind. Thanks!
