As the car drove away from Everlink Fertility Clinic, I knew I was moving on to the next stage of my pregnancy. Dr Arasu has discharged me back to Singapore, my first embryo transfer with Dr Arasu was successful and I couldn’t hold back my tears. I have dreamed of this day for many years, and Everlink — especially Dr Arasu — made this dream come true.
I truly wish I could stay with Dr Arasu and his team all the way until I give birth.
My IVF journey has been long and difficult. I got married later in life and started IVF at the age of 38. Over the years, I experienced miscarriage from natural pregnancy and multiple failed transfers in Singapore, and often felt that my age was being blamed as the main reason. Eventually, going to fertility clinics became a nightmare for me. I started to lose hope and even questioned whether I should give up on becoming a mother.
Finding Everlink Fertility Centre and Dr Arasu changed everything. For the first time, I met a doctor who did not blame me for my age, but instead gave me courage, reassurance, and hope.
Dr Arasu is not only highly skilled and experienced, but also genuinely cares for his patients. He never recommends unnecessary tests or procedures. In Singapore, I was often advised to undergo additional treatments like intralipid infusions before embryo transfer — presented as “optional,” but with subtle pressure due to my age. Naturally, most patients would agree out of fear.
However, with Dr Arasu, the approach was thoughtful, evidence-based, and patient-centred. There was no unnecessary intervention — no intralipid, no HCG washout — just a natural and effective plan tailored to my condition. When I asked about doing a hysteroscopy (as recommended elsewhere), Dr Arasu took the time to carefully explain why it was not indicated in my case. This was the first time in years that a specialist truly sat down to explain things in detail, helping me understand rather than simply directing me. For the first time, I felt treated as a patient — not a “case” or a source of revenue.
Another moment that reassured me was when I asked what would happen if my egg retrieval fell on a public holiday or weekend. Based on my past experiences, some clinics would adjust medications just to avoid such timings. But Dr Arasu told me clearly: the patient comes first. If it falls on a holiday or weekend, the team will make arrangements to proceed. That was when I knew I had finally found the right doctor.
Beyond Dr Arasu, the entire Everlink team is exceptional. I still remember receiving a call from the lab on Christmas Day morning to update me on my embryo progress. I was shocked — I didn’t even realise they were working that day. They thoughtfully called around 10am so I could rest earlier and still enjoy my Christmas. It may seem like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me.
During early pregnancy, especially after my previous miscarriage, I was extremely anxious. I often messaged the clinic with concerns. Every time, the team responded patiently and promptly, checking with the nurses and reassuring me. I never felt dismissed.
I was also very impressed by the level of privacy at Everlink. Even payments are handled in private rooms. From the moment you enter, the staff guide you discreetly to the waiting area. This is very different from some clinics where everything is discussed openly at the counter, with other patients overhearing personal details. At Everlink, your dignity and privacy are fully respected.
I could go on and on about the many small but meaningful things the team has done throughout my journey. Every detail reflects their dedication and genuine care for patients.
I am deeply grateful to Dr Arasu and the entire Everlink team. They have not only helped me achieve pregnancy, but also restored my confidence, hope, and trust in this journey.
Thank you for making what once felt impossible, possible.
