My husband had a hemorrhagic stroke in Jan 2021, we rushed him to Sunway Medical Ctr Sunway . Dr Ravi was the NeuroSurgeon who attended to him. We weren’t aware he had blood clot as only after CT scan that Dr Ravi explained to us the diagnosis .My sons and I were dumbstrucked / shocked and devastated learning the diagnosis😭😭 But Dr Ravi was superb in handling the entire explanation and the prognosis . Due to his diligent monitoring of hubbys condition another CT scan revealed that the clot has spread instead. We were explained in detailed the options we have . He also has this calm and collective demeanor which truly a trait that we appreciate and so blessed as sometimes we as patient and patient care giver will ask or overwhelmed the surgeon with too many questions of our own . Dr Ravi performed a 6 hours brain surgery to remove the clot and another 10 days in ICU/HDU and finally total of 43 days hospitalizations. Today hubby has resumed his career with no other side effects of the brain surgery except for a minor mobility reduced issue . My family cannot thank Dr Ravi enough Dr Ravi saved my hubby ❤️ I must also mentioned that Throughout the hospitalization and follow up visits, Ms Joanna - the most helpful Manager has helped us with all the appointments and the numerous Insurances forms / filling up , submissions resubmissions , and more “ evidence “ medical reports for submission to overseas’ insurance company. She has never once says NO and in fact she has gone beyond and above 🥰 Thank You Dr Ravi for saving my husband’s life and thank you Joanna for helping us through the tons of insurance paperwork as we were also dealing with foreign based insurance agency .

Ever grateful to be introduced to Dr. Ravi.. He is a good and experienced doctor. He takes his time to listen to his patients underlying issues and thorougly explains to actual issue. He is kind and understanding too. Not the type of doctor that quickly suggests procedures but after proper examination and if the conditions is not critical he suggests other form of treatments to deal with the pain. I have known Dr Ravi for a long time. He is the most humble, fantastic, great, caring, patient, charming doctor, to say the least. Recently i underwent a cervical operation through him. Though there were chances of side effects, i had no worries and only wanted it done by him. My instints told me that if the operation is to be done by Dr Ravi, i have no worries whatsoever. He is thorough in the prognosis. True enough, i was calm and he did an extremely major operation with great success. I am now recovering well and may i say, God brought him to me. It was a true miracle being treated by him and above all his nurse Joanna, is also a true angel, his backup assisting in paperwork and is a breeze to deal with all other matters. Great to know this team and may God bless them both to continue assisting sick patients.
