The procedure went very well and the results have been life-changing as my snoring issues have disappeared and my breathing has improved tremendously. Dr. Bala is one of a kind. He truly has a heart of gold and a level of passion for his work that is rare to find. From the very first consultation, you can feel his utmost care and genuine determination to see you get better. He is incredibly professional, but it’s his heartfelt tending that truly sets him apart as an ENT specialist. Before I went to see Dr. Bala, i went to a different hospital where the ENT specialist wouldnt even scope my nose or ear and just brush it off for gerd. He said even if i do suction, the mucus will come back. All that after waiting for 2 hours. I left frustrated and untreated. After that i looked up ENT specialists and found out abt Dr. Bala who is also an oromaxilofacial specialist. The rest is history. Even my dad is so happy and grateful with his treatment.
