After meeting Dr Bala, nurse Emma and Maya, my review is as such: 1. Dr Bala explains my problem in a way that is easy to understand, but at the same time not missing out any key details which really helped me understand what the real underlying problem is and how to move forward. 2. During preparation and after the surgery, it went so well and so quick. No pain, everything went smoothly and it was so fast, I couldn’t even have the time to wait haha. 3. The nurses took so good care of me, especially nurse Emma and Maya ! They were gentle, softspoken, and they were always so patient to me. Even taking the time to explain to me when I’m in doubt 4. KEYY: The follow up session is where I’m really grateful, Dr Bala, nurse Emma and Maya really took the time to make sure I’m really okay before they can discharge me, and they never rushed.
