I was suffering from sinusitis for over 30 years and had several Ent procedures done. Having consultation and surgery by Ent Dr.Balachandran Appoo was good. Doctor explained well and understands patients situation. Have not had blocked nose since. His team of nurses Cik. Ema and Cik. Maya was very helpful in explaining everything to me.

I had sinus surgery with Dr. Bala last month, and the care provided by him and nurses Emma and Maya was authentic, excellent, and efficient. During my pre-consultation, Dr. Bala easily identified my issue, and the procedure following the consultation went very smoothly. My post-op check-ups were not only managed well, but the care given was impeccable. There were multiple times I had to see Dr. Bala at the last minute, and the nurses were very accommodating of my needs despite their busy schedules. I would definitely recommend Dr. Bala to anyone looking for an ENT specialist

One of the best surgeon I’ve ever met in my life. Anyone facing snoring problems or anything related to ENT Head and Neck please come to Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara and get an appointment with Dr Balachandran Appoo for the world class treatment. Highly I recommend this Doctor for a friendly treatment. And his staff nurse Hema she did a good job and very well she took care and follow ups. Thank you again.

they have GREAT doctors! I had surgery at Thomson that fixed my nose and tonsils, thanks to Dr. Balachandran Appoo and his clinic. My friends also recommended Dr Bala ENT clinic here and I am glad I followed their advice But: Waiting time is terrible: even if you make an appointment and come by 9am when clinic opens - you might still have to wait for 3 HOURS IN THE QUEUE. If you come at 8:30 you might have to wait 2 hours. 😅
