This was my second time seeing Dr Harpreet, and from the very first visit, I felt very comfortable. During my second visit, the doctor explained everything clearly, including my condition and treatment, in a very detailed and understandable way. This was my first time undergoing surgery, and I was honestly very nervous. But Dr Omar Badrin explained everything so calmly and reassured me, which made me feel at ease. The surgery went very well, and I feel so relieved now. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism. The nurses were also very kind and took great care of me throughout my stay. The overall service and hospitality of the hospital were really excellent. I’m especially grateful that even after my consultation, when I had a cough, Dr Omar Badrin followed up and arranged medication for me. That level of care and concern meant a lot to me. I was admit in ward MD7 135A by Dr Gautham under Dr Harpreet and Dr Rishi.Had an excellent stay over here. I was well taken care by the nurses in this ward from the admission until discharge. All procedures was given a detail explanation by the doctors. Thank you for all the patience and care. Highly recommend this hospital.
