I have ENT issues for many years and it got worsen. So, at first I consulted a specialist from another hospital (well-known one) but wasn't satisfied with his service during my first visit. So, I decided to look for another ENT specialist and luckily I found Dr. Yoges. So I made an appointment and met him for second opinion. After thorough checking, he suggested the surgery can be done. So I have 2 major surgery, one for nose and one for tonsil. Then, I was admitted and surgery went smoothly. Dr. Yoges did explained in detail the procedures, the pros and cons. It been more than one month now and it's all fine now. I can breathe normally.. Snoring has reduced a lot. All thanks to Dr Yoges. Not to forget, the staffs and nurses of the hospital.. They have given me a very good care and treatment.. I drove myself and parking was free for me because of AIA policy.. I'm so happy for that too.. ❤️😍 Currently, I'm having follow ups with Dr Yoges and he always check if I'm ok. He also gave me his WhatsApp number if I have any issues and needed his assistance.. This really helped me a lot for not worrying too much of some symptoms.. Thank you Dr Yoges and Columbia Asia Bukit Jalil.. ❤️❤️❤️

I deeply appreciate the care and support from everyone, particularly Dr. Faiz, who treated me in a gentle and reassuring manner, calming me throughout the process. My sincere gratitude also goes to Dr. Johan, Consultant in Internal Medicine, for his clear explanations, excellent care, and for leading an outstanding team who ensured I was well looked after. Additionally, thank you to Dr. Yogesvaran for his thorough and meticulous examination of my ear, nose, and throat. The professionalism, kindness, and dedication of all the staff truly made a difference during my visit.

Firstly, I highly recommend this hospital! I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff, nurses, and doctors at Columbia Asia Hospital Bukit Jalil for their highly satisfactory service. Throughout my stay here, the treatment from all personnel made me feel valued as a patient. Starting with the customer care counter, who were very friendly and helpful, with special thanks to staff Ummu and Aidil for greatly assisting with registration and parking. I also must mention staff Ain Syazwanie, who was very friendly and very helpful when I needed assistance in the emergency room. Special thanks also to all the nurses on duty during my admission from 29/4/25 - 2/5/25 (Level 5, Ward 516-2), who were very helpful and friendly while taking care of me, making my stay comfortable. Special thanks also to the room cleaning team who consistently ensured my ward was kept clean. I also must mention the patient food service team, who provided delicious and very satisfying meals. The staff service was also very friendly and excellent (staff named Fatin and the Indian girls whose names I forgot). I am very satisfied with the service from all the staff at Columbia Asia Hospital Bukit Jalil. And special thanks also to Dr. Yoges, who was very committed in providing explanations before and after my tonsil surgery. He was very professional and very helpful. Thanks, Doctor! Got admitted for tonsillitis surgery. Dr.Yoges, Nurse Yonezah, ENT team were very helpful and attentive, and all nurses in Floor 5 were caring and friendly during my 3 nights admission. Pharmacist Ms. Aina also properly explained the medicines doses etc during discharge processes. Facilities are new, great ambiance and all staffs are very helpful and take great care of you. The only complain I have is their appointment system and notification. During first visit, staffs informed they will call me in 2 weeks to confirm the surgery date but none coming. Similar to pre-admission, hospital staffs better to inform patients in 2-3 days before about the admission processes, what to bring, etc. As for someone who are first time to admit, this information is very needed. While the discharge processes are quite fast, their admission took quite a while. Overall, I am still recommend this facility for treatment as it is still new, located conveniently to public transportation, and helpful staffs.

We had great experience yesterday, from easy parking, helpful and friendly staff, fast registration, even our GL is super fast too😆 Dr Yogesvaran (ENT) gave very2 clear explanation, expectations, and solution. He is even great with kids. My kids also get balloon & some presents from hosp staff, & 1 of the staff even spent time entertaining my eldest & wishing us happy Ramadhan, so welcoming 🥰 thank u everyone! If I had to find a point on what can be better, I can only think of 1 thing. To do more marketing on their other cafe (basement floor) at their lobby. Not many seems to know abt this cafe except from staff (and us 😄 cause i asked. We're super hungry from not getting any breakfast) we're familiar to Columbia hosps, so felt weird to see their cafe is limited to pastries and kept-chilled food. Thank God that i asked, we had nasi goreng kampung (lovee the spicy nasi grg)!
