God sends angels on earth and she is one of them. Special thanks to the team of nurses at the second floor such as staff nurse Nurhamiza and other doctors such as Dr Tan, Dr Sudha, Dr Ng, Dr Satvinder and Dr Hassan for their care and treatment. I recently gave birth at Columbia Setapak Hospital for my second baby, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. My journey began with a check-up around 27 weeks with Dr. Shuda Kumari and her nurse, Kavitha. Their advice and treatment were outstanding; Dr. Shuda carefully reviewed my medical history and encouraged me to pursue a natural delivery without pushing unnecessary procedures or medications. On the day of delivery, Dr. Shuda and her team were incredibly supportive, guiding me through every step of labor. This experience was far less traumatic than my previous delivery at a public hospital. Immediately after my baby was born, the pediatric team promptly assessed my newborn and provided a detailed report within two hours. We stayed in a premium single room, where the service from all staff and nurses was exceptional. Every interaction was marked by professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend Columbia Setapak Hospital to anyone planning to deliver their baby. The care and treatment I received were truly exceptional, and I am forever grateful to Dr. Shuda and her wonderful team.

The gynecologist specialist, anesthesiologist, and staff nurses at Ward 95A were very helpful. The explanations were easy to understand. My 2-person shared room was very comfortable. The food was top-notch with menu choices. I was treated by Dr. Sudha, who was very professional and caring. Anesthesiologist Dr. R. Rajeswari was always attentive and very helpful in calming patients before entering the OR.

They were quick in taking action if I raised any concern. From emergency admission to discharge, everything was smooth and the waiting time was acceptable. The meal provided is also delicious, not the normal hospital standard!
