KPJ Klang Hospital is indeed the choice for me and my family. All the staff at KPJ Klang are good and very helpful. For admissions to the ward, the rooms provided are comfortable with reasonable prices. Only the food options in the ward need improvement. That is my opinion. Regarding parking, perhaps patients who are admitted or have appointments at the clinic could receive special benefits by getting free parking. For the doctors, specifically for Gynaecology, if you need to remove fibroids without major surgery, you might consider seeing Dr. Vijay. He has new technology for surgery using a 3D laparoscopy system. Dr. Vijay is an experienced Gynaecologist, very good, and will patiently answer all your questions. Clinic staff Ms. Ila is also very experienced and friendly. For the Paediatrician, I really like seeing Dr. Ooi. She is an experienced doctor, very good, and caring. Her clinic staff are also very experienced and friendly. For the ENT specialist, my choice is definitely Dr. Vincent. Come and see him if you have any ENT problems. He is very, very helpful and will patiently answer all your questions. His clinic staff are also very experienced and friendly. It's amazing that I have found such a caring and attentive doctor who not only helped me identify and understand my nasal issues, but also provided such excellent care throughout my treatment. i went to see Dr Vincent in 2015 as I was feeling my hearing was abnormal. He examined through my ears and showed me that there was some sort of liquid behind my eardrum. then he inserted a camera through my nose and I saw with my own eyes through the monitor the infected area. He then inserted the camera inside my husband's ear to show what normal eardrums look like. Love how he explained to us what was causing my hearing problem. Most importantly, his fee was really reasonable. A few years later when my daughter had a problem with her ears, I went to columbia asia and was charged more than twice what Dr vincent charged. So lesson learnt I will only go back to Dr Vincent for ENT matters. Recommending to friends and family

It has been a year since my surgery with Dr Vincent. When I was first introduced to him, little did I know that I was going to meet the best doctor I could ever ask for, and who would impact me so deeply! No words can fully express my gratitude ❤️. I went to him for a 2nd opinion, deep down hoping for better news. Instead, he confirmed that a total thyroidectomy was recommended due to my underlying conditions - news that was difficult for me to process. What struck me was how he didn't rush me through the consultation. Seeing my distress, he gave me space to process the information, and even assured me that it was completely okay to seek a 3rd opinion or another surgeon if I wished (so glad I stuck with him!). Dr Vincent is the kind of doctor who genuinely cares. You can feel it not just from the way he treats you, but also from the educational materials he curates and shares, his thoroughness during examinations, and the patience he showed throughout. In evaluating my options, he was firm on the tests needed if I wanted a partial preservation, but unnecessary if I decided to go for full (you could tell he didn't suggest a procedure unnecessarily). Although the diagnosis wasn't what I had hoped for, I had a sense of comfort that I could trust he had my best interests at heart, and that the option presented to me was the best available given my situation. The surgery went well, with my vocal cords intact and parathyroid glands well preserved. I didn't experience a single day of hypocalcemia! Friends often comment on how barely noticeable my surgical scar is. Later on, a scan confirmed an excellent removal rate, reflecting his surgical precision and expertise. What sets Dr Vincent apart is not just his clinical skills. As someone naturally anxious and prone to fear, I cannot overstate how much Dr Vincent’s patience and understanding has meant to me. He never once dismissed my fears, even if he knew I was over-worrying (many times!! 😅). Even after discharge, Dr Vincent continued to look out for me, following up and offering encouragement. Later when the histopathology report confirmed I needed a further treatment, I was dreading the process. But a simple encouragement from Dr Vincent shifted my perspective and pointed me to hope - to bear with the discomfort for awhile, for a better outcome ahead. His words helped me focus on hope rather than fear - a gift that stays with me even now. Subsequently, I had other health concerns. Even though they can be minor, the fear of the unknown can be daunting, especially with past history. I'm so grateful to be able to reach Dr Vincent when needed. His warmth, compassion, and humour made procedures less frightening.
