Dr Chai is very knowledgeable and the staff nurse assisting him at the clinic (Ms Natasya Nadia) is very attentive, friendly and caring towards patient. They give clear explanation on FESS procedures and manage the appointment dates accordingly. I used to be someone who was constantly troubled by dizziness and vertigo on a daily basis for a very long time. I visited many doctors, but unfortunately, nothing seemed to help or improve my condition. Everything changed when I met ENT Dr. Chai. He was the one who finally identified the root cause of my condition. After that, he referred me to the Rehabilitation Department, where I was fortunate enough to meet my physiotherapist, Chin Soh Mien. Through consistent therapy over the course of three months, Mien helped reduce my dizziness by at least 70%. She approach was not only professional but also incredibly patient and reassuring. She is friendly, approachable, and very easy to talk to. Every question I had was answered clearly, and she always took the time to explain the condition and guide me through specific rehabilitation exercises that I could practise and revise on my own. I am truly grateful for the patience shown by Mien. Step by step, she helped me recover. Thanks to Mien ,I am no longer constantly suffering from dizziness. I sincerely appreciate everything they have done and would highly recommend them to anyone facing similar issues.

Very much recommend Dr.Chai to those who need to visit ENT. He is professional and patience during consultation time. I was so scared and nervous when I know that I have to go through nose scope & throat scope because I do some research and found out that will be little disgusting. But when Dr.Chai do the scopes for me it actually feels ok, there’s no feeling of disgust. Really appreciate Dr.Chai’s profession, thanks!

have been visiting many ENT doctors. Each time, they insert the scope from my nose to my throat. It's really uncomfortable and even painful to endure. What amazed me is that Dr. Chai, during the procedure, caused no pain or discomfort at all. Dr. Chai is truly a very good and kind doctor; he never ignores me even though I have many questions to ask.
