My experience with Coloumbia Asia Stapak was truly wonderful. Dr. Amin, the surgeon who performed my surgery, was extremely skilled and knowledgeable. The staff nurse, Ika, was always there to assist me and made sure I had everything I needed during my prep, surgery, and follow-up. The entire team at the hospital ensured that I had a smooth and comfortable experience. As a first-timer, I was impressed by the minimal waiting time and the friendliness of the staff. Dr. Amin took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in detail, which put me at ease. On the day of the surgery, every person I interacted with was confident and caring. Even after the procedure, the nurses, including Ika, patiently explained everything to me. I also want to give a special mention to the nurses at Ward MD3 - Suzie and Madeline, as well as Che Hasni, Rugia, Shahrizan, Suziani, Kayathri, Guna, Irna, and Cleaner Aunty Slevi for their exceptional care and support. I am extremely pleased with the hospitality at Columbia Asia Setapak. The quality of the food is outstanding—far better than what most hospitals offer.
