I was recently admitted to Columbia Asia Hospital Puchong after breaking my leg, and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care I received during my stay. I was placed in Ward MD2, and both the morning and night shift nurses, as well as the nurse assistants, were incredibly supportive. The team—including Syuraya, Shuhada, Siti, Hayati, Salmiza, and Aliya—treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism throughout my recovery. Whether it was checking on my pain, helping me move, assisting with medication, or simply making sure I was comfortable, every nurse and helper went above and beyond. A heartfelt thank-you to Dr. Paisal bin Hussin, who managed my treatment with clarity and confidence. His explanations were reassuring and made the situation much easier to handle. I also want to acknowledge my anaesthetist, Dr. Ramanesh Mageswaran, for being calm, professional, and making me feel safe before and after the procedure. Breaking my leg was a difficult experience, but the dedication of the morning shift team, night shift team, and the nurse help-outs made all the difference. Their compassion and excellent teamwork truly stood out.
