Thank you to Dr. Khoo (Orthopedic Specialist). Also, special thanks to the anesthesiologists, Dr. Rama (first time) and Dr. Afnizar (second time). Both doctors explained the anesthetic medications used very well. Thank you to the nurses at Columbia who took care of me during my stay. The receptionist named Syafiq was also excellent in handling insurance matters and consistently followed up with customers. The nurses named Siti Aisyah and Shary were also very good, patient in dealing with patient's demands, and spoke gently. Having undergone surgery twice at this hospital, it is truly excellent. Dr. Khoo provided very detailed explanations, was approachable and easy to communicate with, and was attentive to the patient's pain. Thank you, doctors, for taking care of me.
